Get Involved
As a food vendor (Pop Up Restaurant, Baker, Farmer’s Market):
If you make and sell food we have lots of possibilities for you. Food Truck owners see the Food Truck Entry.
We are excited to offer space each month within a Retail Ready storefront to host a pop up restaurant. If you have mobile cooking abilities and wish to have a pop up restaurant we are a match made in happening heaven. Apply today to become a monthly pop up restaurant by describing your offerings and the aesthetic you would like to present. Let us know what types of foods/meals/theme you intent to offer and we will be in touch to learn more about you and your vision.
Not sure that a whole space is the best venue for you? No problem. Apply for a spot among our flea vendors if you sell baked goods, farmer’s market items, prepared foods, frozen foods including local meat, cheese, etc. We will have both dedicated food areas and will mix food options into the flea. Let us know what you prefer. And, make sure to have your food sales license number for us. We’ll need that for sure!
Got Food Truck?
AWESOME! We are looking to create a pop up food truck destination every Second Saturday of the month at The Cleveland Flea. We’ll want to know about your truck your needs for the day. Apply as a vendor and fill in the Food Truck info. We can’t wait to offer a vibrant lane of food options for shoppers!
As an Individual Flea Vendor: Do you have items hanging out at your place that you’d like to hang out at someone else’s place? Grab a spot as a flea vendor or drop off your items and for a small fee we will add them to the week’s Pop Up shop where shoppers can browse items in a curated pop up storefront setting. You do not need to be present to sell in The Cleveland Flea pop up. The fun is in talking to customers telling the story of your items so apply for a space and sell what you’ve got! Which works best for you? Let us know.
As a Collective or Non-Profit (including fundraisers):
Are you a part of a ceramics collective? Make great work and need a new venue to sell your one of a kind work?
Or, are you a group looking to fundraise for your organization with a book sale? Clothing sale? Bake sale? Garage sale? Bring it all to the Flea. Your collective can work together in one or more spaces to sell donated or gifted items to benefit your organization.
As a Service Provider:
Service providers of all shapes and sizes are needed for The Cleveland Flea. If your services can be mobile, demonstrated or if you have a service you can educate shoppers about you may be a great candidate for The Flea. We are looking for physical trainers, hair stylists, bicycle repair technicians, contractors, dry cleaners? Can you have a new drop off/pick up point for your service in St. Clair Superior? Are you an author? Can you provide shoe repair services or alterations? Bring your sewing machine and do on the spot hems once a shopper purchases a new to them vintage item! Let us know what you offer in our application.
As a Retail Space:
Pop into The Flea for the day. Once a month you can plan to have a mobile pop up shop in a new neighborhood. Market to and connect with a whole new audience on St. Clair. Our shoppers will come from across the city and ‘burbs. Learn about St. Clair’s Retail Ready storefront project or apply to have a space of your own at The Flea.
As an Educator (Demonstrations, Classes, Workshops, Skill Building Activities):
The Cleveland Flea is excited to offer a monthly educational component with hands-on crafts, skill building and activities for adults and children. Let us know all about your skillz. We are looking for individuals, organizations or companies to provide activities including but not limited to: puppet making, fun science and technology projects for kids and adults (make a LED circuit bracelet), bread making, terrarium making, etc.

As a Maker (Artist/Crafter/Builder):
Do you write and print zines? Make and sell reconstructed furniture? Craft jewelry from repurposed vintage broaches or costume jewelry? Do you take discarded furniture and repurpose it into displays for other makers? We’d love to have you apply as a maker.
We are also looking for artists and crafters from all genres who sell one of a kind or few of a kind handcrafted work. If you take bicycles and make them into tables – this will be the space for you to showcase your work.
As a Flea Vendor/Collector/Antique Dealer/Vintage Clothing Dealer:
Re-home your cherished belongings to a new home at the Flea. Apply to repurpose your goods to new and loving homes. We are ISO (in search of) collectors of lovely, rare, retro, fun, colorful, useful or pretty much any grouping of sought after goodies. And, we’d love to have you display your antique or vintage clothing for sale at the Flea.
Flea vendors are welcome as well. We know you have items to contribute and our shoppers are looking for a diamond in the rough, everyday items, throwbacks and more. Tell us what you have to sell.
